Naknada za evidentiranje iznosi\u0107e od 100 do 1.000 evra.<\/p><p>Podno\u0161enje prijava za upis prava svojine bi\u0107e omogu\u0107eno po isteku 45 dana od dana stupanja zakona na snagu, a rok za podno\u0161enje prijava traja\u0107e 60 dana.<\/p><p>Po\u0161to se prijava podnosi elektronskim putem, neophodno je da sva potrebna dokumentacija bude pripremljena u elektronskom formatu. To podrazumeva digitalne fotografije objekta, skenirane ugovore, ostavinska re\u0161enja i drugu relevantnu papirnu dokumentaciju, kao i geodetski elaborat u elektronskoj formi (ukoliko je potreban ili ve\u0107 postoji). Sva dokumenta treba da budu dostupna na ra\u010dunaru, telefonu ili USB memoriji.<\/p><p>Preporu\u010duje se, ali nije obavezno, da se gra\u0111ani registruju kao e-Gra\u0111ani, \u0161to \u0107e im olak\u0161ati pristup platformi za podno\u0161enje prijava i pra\u0107enje statusa njihovog re\u0161avanja.<\/p><p>Zakon predvi\u0111a da se objekti najpre evidentiraju, a zatim i upi\u0161u u katastar nepokretnosti.
